Preschool teacher assistant
Pay: $12/hour
Schedule: M-W-F 8:45-12:15
Start date: Sept 9th, 2026
End date: May 28, 2027
JOB DESCRIPTION:
An Assistant Teacher supports their lead classroom instructor in whatever way they need. An assistant teacher needs to be reliable and dependable.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Provide support for the teacher
• Constant and positive engagement with the students
• Treat students, staff and parents with positive regard
• Provide appropriate role model behavior in speech, eating, etc.
• Assist with making sure the classroom is safe and clean before
class starts and after class ends.
• Work on assigned tasks with designated children in small groups.
• Assist in managing/maintaining school and classroom rules.
Elementary ELA assistant
Pay: $12/hour
Schedule: M-F 11:00am-12:00pm (1 hour)
Start date: Sept 9th, 2026
End date: May 28, 2027
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supports elementary students in small-group English Language Arts instruction, including reading, phonics, writing, and comprehension activities. Assists the lead teachers with individualized student support and reinforces classroom learning.
