What You Need To Know
New Students
Registration for NEW STUDENTS opens at 8am on January 24th, 2026. Please note:
• Online registration must be complete & the supply fee must be paid in full in order to secure your spot on the wait list.
• Supply fee will be refunded if there is not enough classroom availability.
• Registration is on a first come, first serve basis in order of priority (please see Order of
Priority list below)
• All families will be notified of acceptance or denial via email by APRIL 6th, 2026.

Current Students
• Registration for CURRENT STUDENTS opens at 9am on Saturday MARCH 7th, 2026 and closes on MARCH 31st, 2025.
• Online registration must be complete & the supply fee must be paid in order to
secure your spot on the wait list.
• Supply fee will be refunded if there is not enough classroom availability.
• Registration is on a first come, first serve basis in order of registration (Acorn
students will have priority until March 31st)
• All families will be notified of acceptance or denial via email by APRIL 6th, 2026.

Current students

Currently enrolled students will have priority for available spots in order of registration until March 31st.
Siblings of current students

After March 31st, siblings on the wait list will be added to the available spots after currently enrolled students.
New students

New students will be added from the wait list to the remaining spots in order of registration.
*Please note that each class has a maximum number of available spots and student placement is governed by the order of priority and order of registration outlined above.*

A yearly supply fee is due with your registration and required for each child. A complete and submitted registration form AND payment of the supply fee places your child on the class wait list. The supply fee is non-refundable unless there is no classroom availability. The supply fee covers all books, paper, pencils, art supplies, and other such resources for the entirety of the school year.
Tuition is divided into nine equal payments, regardless of how many days are in the month.
You are welcome to make monthly, quarterly, annual, or semi-annual payments. Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of each month, and no later than the 5th of each month. There is no tuition due in June, July, or August.
